Beer tasting sessions

on the base of the basic flavours

Thanks to the wide variety of Belgian beers, there is also a great variety of flavours. These can be classified in 4 basic flavours : sour, salty, bitter and sweet. During this session we concentrate on sour, bitter and sweet. Beside this, other flavours (such as malt and yeast aromas) can be dealt with, on the base of the beer choice.
